As on Tuesday, we offer a follow-along format geared to the fundamentals of t’ai chi for improved balance, mobility and vitality. This curriculum also contains an assortment of evidence-based, scientifically proven and very effective Qigong practices, yet emphasizes the essence of the authentic and ancient Hun Yuan ( 24 Form ) Taiji lineage. Over the past few years we have completed this form and are now reviewing and refining our movement for maximum benefit.
