This curriculum also contains an assortment of evidence-based, scientifically proven and very effective Qigong practices, yet emphasizes the essence of the authentic and ancient Hun Yuan ( 24 Form ) Taiji lineage.   Over the past few years we have completed this form and are now reviewing and refining our movement for maximum benefit.
