A bit more advance compared to the Tuesday class. More advanced concepts are explored to deepen the full t’ai chi experience but there is still plenty of opportunity for less experienced practitioners to benefit from the class. As on Tuesday, Tom offers a follow-along format geared to the fundamentals for t’ai chi for improved balance, mobility and vitality. This curriculum also contains an assortment of evidence-based, scientifically proven and very effective Qigong practices, yet emphasizes the essence of the authentic and ancient Hun Yuan ( 24 Form ) Taiji lineage. Over the past few years we have completed this form and are now reviewing and refining our movement for maximum benefit.
