Appropriate for all levels for t’ai chi experience. Some advanced concepts are presented for the more experienced practitioner but the class is a follow-along format geared to the fundamentals for t’ai chi for improved balance, mobility and vitality. Curriculum contains an assortment of evidence-based, scientifically proven effective practices yet contains the essence of the authentic and ancient Hun Yuan ( 24 form ) Taiji lineage. Tom will be teaching the beginning of the Hun Yuan 24 form.

10:00 a.m. Seniors Qigong and T’ai Chi
This will be a 30 minute class ( 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. ). Appropriate for Seniors who wish to
improve balance, functional mobility and cognitive function. I am encouraging people to register through their local senior centers to support local efforts during this challenging time of social distancing and take advantage of discounted class fees.
If you are not affiliated with a participating senior center you may sign-up through one of the centers listed below and receive a senior discount or you may contact me directly via this web-site for standard pricing. If you wish to have me contact your own local Senior Center to offer this program please provide a contact email and I will gladly send program info to your senior center director.

More advanced concepts are explored to deepen the full t’ai chi experience but there is still plenty of opportunity for less experienced practitioners to benefit from the class. As on Tuesday, Tom offers a follow-along format geared to the fundamentals for t’ai chi for improved balance, mobility and vitality. This curriculum also contains an assortment of evidence-based, scientifically proven effective practices yet emphasizes the essence of the authentic and ancient Hun Yuan ( 24 Form ) Taiji lineage.
